Summary

We are partnering with a leading global brand in interior construction materials to recruit a Regional Sales Manager. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role will oversee sales operations across the Hong Kong and Macau markets. The focus will be on key account management rather than new business development, making it ideal for candidates with a strong background in the B2B construction materials industry and established networks among interior designers and architects.


Our client is recognised for their advanced manufacturing capabilities and expertise in product customisation. With a versatile product portfolio and proven global installation capacity, they have built a solid client base across hospitality and large-scale infrastructure projects.

What you will do


Sales operations oversight — Lead and manage all sales activities within Hong Kong SAR, serving as the primary client contact in the region.


Strategic planning — Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and market presence.


Business development — Identify and pursue new opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.


Client relationship management — Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.


Market analysis — Monitor industry trends, track competitor activity and provide insights to guide decision-making.


Reporting and representation — Prepare detailed sales reports for leadership, coordinate with internal teams and represent the company at industry events.



What you will bring


Sales expertise — Proven ability to develop sales strategies and consistently achieve revenue targets.


Client management — Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.


Market insight — Skilled in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.


Communication skills — Excellent English communication and presentation abilities; regional language proficiency is an advantage.


Industry experience — Demonstrated success in a Sales Manager or similar role, ideally within the construction material or carpet/flooring solutions industry.


Flexibility and qualifications — Ability to manage varied clients/projects, willingness to travel within the region, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
