Grand Slam Fitness is looking for a driven Sports Science Associate to grow our sports science equipment business across India.


About the Role

You will be the face of GSF's sports science equipment portfolio - promoting and selling to sports academies, fitness centres, universities, hospitals, and corporate wellness organisations. This is a field-based, individual contributor role where you own the full sales cycle: from finding the lead to closing the deal.


What You'll Do

๐Ÿ”น Identify and approach new clients: Calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals

๐Ÿ”น Generate and close your own meetings without relying on leads handed to you

๐Ÿ”น Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to coaches, trainers, and procurement teams

๐Ÿ”น Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across sports and fitness institutions

๐Ÿ”น Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently

๐Ÿ”น Maintain CRM records and submit weekly activity reports


What We're Looking For

โœ… Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology

โœ… 2 years of B2B sales experience (sports equipment, fitness tech, or medical devices preferred)

โœ… Strong technical understanding of sports science equipment (force plates, timing gates, body composition, S&C tools, recovery equipment, etc.)

โœ… Proven track record of independently generating meetings and closing sales

โœ… Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field

โœ… Willingness to travel for client visits
