Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily standups and core Agile ceremonies across distributed teams, tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and unblocking team members in real time.
- Partner closely with the central Product Owner to support capacity planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking against the forward-looking product roadmap.
- Act as the primary point of contact during EMEA and AMER working hours, ensuring continuous alignment between regional teams and global headquarters.
- Coordinate with Customer Services and internal stakeholders to ensure product updates, release notes, and critical information are communicated clearly and on time.
- Compile and maintain governance materials and product health metrics to support senior management reviews and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager in a software or FinTech environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
- Clear communicator with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
- Experience in capital markets, FinTech, or a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with Agile management and project tracking platforms.
- Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Is working towards or has graduated with a post graduate degree in a related discipline.
- Experience Required: At least 8 years.
- Special Qualifications: Project Management or other related Certification

The annual gross base pay for this role is zł94,000 - zł183,000. In addition to base pay, we offer short-term incentives (bonus or commission) and long-term incentives (equity), where applicable, as well as the following benefits:
