Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our Home Appliance business. This position offers the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of Organic Social and CRM communications across multiple product categories, driving consumer engagement, brand sentiment, and traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for social trends, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with agency partners, corporate marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive, consumer-centric campaigns that align with our integrated marketing strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Organic Social and CRM communications calendar and execution across all Home Appliance categories
- Monitor and interpret social trends to inform creative messaging and content strategy
- Drive CRM campaign performance optimization through data-driven testing, audience segmentation, and data science modeling
- Align creative output with integrated marketing strategy to develop consumer-centric content that drives positive sentiment and traffic
- Partner with the corporate marketing team and adhere to governance council processes to ensure Home Appliance campaigns receive fair share of voice across shared channels
- Manage execution of Social and CRM campaigns via internal tools and agency partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- QA Social, influencer, and CRM content including trafficking sheets, providing clear and actionable feedback
- Manage agency outputs for Social, Influencer, and CRM creative, ensuring alignment to briefs, test plans, and business priorities
- Collaborate with Digital, Brand Experience, IMC, and PM teams to ensure cohesive messaging and optimal landing experiences
- Communicate consolidated stakeholder feedback to agency partners in a clear and efficient manner
- Manage social posting and content calendars with agency and internal stakeholders, including contingency planning
- Handle influencer product inventory requests and deadlines in alignment with company mandates
- Maintain internal documents including finance reporting, campaign results, live trackers, and marketing calendars
- Share social and influencer content with internal stakeholders, including paid media and retail partners, for potential usage
- Perform limited community management including YouTube playlists and collaborative posting
- Serve as a subject matter expert for managed channels
- Contribute key activity updates to the monthly marketing team shareout
- Collaborate with global counterparts on content needs and feedback

Skills:

- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to foster positive consumer sentiment and brand loyalty
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly shift focus and adapt to evolving business needs
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented, and results-driven environment
- In-depth knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads
- Familiarity with Social and CRM best practices and data audience management systems
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to analyze campaign performance reports and synthesize actionable recommendations
- Experience with Sprinklr reporting and community management capabilities
- Proven experience managing agency partners and relationships
- Familiarity with Tableau reporting and analysis is a plus
- Global marketing experience is appreciated but not required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in social media marketing, CRM, or a related digital marketing role
- Experience working with agency partners in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and data science modeling concepts
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and product categories

  • Pay Range*: $48- $52
