The Qualifications We Seek
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
Experience & Technical Expertise
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with strong expertise in paid media and performance marketing
- Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience developing demand generation strategies aligned with pipeline growth and revenue goals
- Proven leadership experience managing paid media specialists or digital marketing teams
- Strong knowledge of paid media strategy, campaign structure, audience targeting, optimization, and funnel performance metrics
- Advanced analytical skills in interpreting campaign data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for reporting and lifecycle management
- Strategic yet hands-on execution capability in live campaign environments
- Strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and project management skills
- Experience in lead generation and pipeline growth within B2B services, SaaS, or enterprise marketing environments
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), intent data, audience enrichment platforms, conversion optimization, and website performance analytics
Your Daily Tasks
- Lead paid digital marketing strategy across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant paid channels, including audience targeting, segmentation, budget allocation, campaign structure, and messaging strategy
- Maintain hands-on oversight of campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimization across audience refinement, creative messaging, bid strategy, landing pages, and conversion improvements
- Develop end-to-end demand generation campaigns that drive lead quality, pipeline growth, and revenue through strategic channel mix, sequencing, messaging, and content planning
- Manage and mentor paid media specialists, provide strategic direction, align priorities and timelines, and oversee campaign execution and performance optimization
- Collaborate with content, creative, web, and SEO teams to align messaging, campaign assets, landing page performance, and conversion optimization with business goals
- Own digital campaign analytics and reporting, using data to optimize channel performance, budget allocation, conversion rates, pipeline progression (MQL to SQL to Closed), and revenue impact
- Leverage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and ABM/intent tools such as Apollo to strengthen campaign execution, lifecycle reporting, and performance tracking
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance marketing efficiency, scalability, and client service effectiveness
