Responsibilities
• Own the live room experience: watch, interact, and convert
• Design user flows: entry → retention → engagement → purchase
• Define and execute consumer incentive strategies.
• Optimize key metrics: ◦ Watch UV & duration ◦ Conversion (CTR, CVR, GPM)
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to iterate fast
• Identify and build high-impact interaction mechanisms (e.g., pinning, countdown, vouchers)
• Collaborate with creator & seller teams to improve supply and conversion performance
Requirements
• 2–6 years in product management
• Experience in live streaming / short video / content products
• Strong intuition for user behavior and engagement
• Experience in e-commerce conversion optimization
• Data-driven but not data-dependent (can form hypotheses quickly)
• Ability to move fast in ambiguous environments
