Vice President, Semiconductor Coverage | NYC

We are seeking a Vice President to join a highly exclusive integrated advisory and investing platform in New York City, with a dedicated focus on semiconductor coverage within a broader TMT practice.

This is a senior, client-facing role working directly with CEOs, CFOs, and IR leaders at Fortune 500 and other large-cap technology companies. The focus is on earnings strategy, investor communications, and broader market positioning, helping leadership teams shape how their business is understood and underwritten by public market investors and analysts.

Key Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Equity Research or a top-tier Investor Relations advisory firm

• Strong semiconductor coverage experience within public markets

• Direct exposure to C-suite clients (CEO, CFO, IR leadership at Fortune 500 or large-cap tech companies)

• Strong financial modeling skills with KPI and segment-level analysis

• Clear understanding of earnings cycles, investor expectations, and public market dynamics
