About the Role

Inlighten Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in office administration, operations coordination, and general business support within a fast-paced technology company environment.

This position will mainly assist with non-confidential administrative and operational tasks to help improve overall office efficiency and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks and daily operational support
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Help organize office supplies, shipments, deliveries, and inventory tracking
  • Support onboarding logistics and employee administrative coordination
  • Assist with document organization, filing, data entry, and spreadsheet updates
  • Coordinate with vendors, property management, and service providers as needed
  • Help prepare internal reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Support event coordination, team activities, and visitor arrangements
  • Assist with maintaining organized records and internal operational documentation
  • Perform other administrative and operational support tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; recent graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and reliability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
  • Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with office coordination, scheduling, or operations support is helpful
