Palestine: Sports for Life is seeking to recruit a motivated and organized Project Coordinator & Data Officer based in Palestine to support the implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of project activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective project follow-up, data management, communication, and reporting processes.
Location: Ramallah
Type of Contract: Full Time
Starting Date: 01.06.2026
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
- Support the planning, implementation, and follow-up of project activities
- Coordinate with schools, community centers, trainers, partners, and field teams
- Ensure timely implementation of activities according to project plans and timelines
- Assist in organizing trainings, workshops, meetings, and events
- Prepare narrative updates and internal progress reports
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with relevant stakeholders
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and maintain project data and documentation
- Track project indicators, attendance sheets, and activity records
- Support monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) processes
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper filing systems
- Prepare data summaries, reports, and presentations as required
- Support donor reporting and documentation processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Data Management, Development Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination and/or data management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
- Strong writing skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with data collection and reporting tools is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in NGOs or community-based projects
- Knowledge of safeguarding, gender equality, and MHPSS approaches is an advantage
- Experience in sports for development or youth programs is a plus
