Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to job offer negotiation.
- Conducting phone and HR interviews
- Phone interview reviews.
- Collaborate with technical recruiting managers.
- Negotiate contracts with candidates.
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and expand our talent pipeline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in high-tech recruitment.
- Proven track record in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and marketing abilities.
- Experience in contract negotiation.
- In-depth understanding of diverse technologies across various high-tech development fields.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical job requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
