Responsibilities
- Technical Vision: Define and execute the long-term architectural strategy for maintaining and scaling highly responsive web applications.
- UI/UX Implementation: Transform complex design concepts into high-performance, accessible, and reliable user interface elements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with design and product stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and engaging user experience.
- Systems Standardization: Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal styles and component library to ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital properties.
- Team Mentorship: Act as a technical resource and guide for junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Project Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of critical projects, from initial planning to final deployment and iteration.
- Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a strictly related technical discipline.
- Extensive Experience: At least 9 years of professional software engineering experience, with a heavy emphasis on shipping customer-facing features.
- Frontend Expertise: Advanced knowledge of modern web architecture, including performance optimization, security protocols, and web accessibility standards.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the current Decentralized Finance (DeFi) landscape.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex problems within a fast-paced, analytical environment.
- Expertise in TypeScript and modern reactive frameworks (such as Svelte or React).
- Deep experience with Web3 integration tools (including ethers.js or web3.js).
- Proven history of building and scaling reusable UI component libraries.
- Background in functional programming or systems languages like Rust.
- Familiarity with Solidity and smart contract interactions.
- Proficiency in database management using Postgres or SQL.
