As we expand our global presence across Tel Aviv, the US, and the UK, we’re growing our Finance team. You’ll be joining a professional group that moves fast, thinks strategically, and supports one another. We’re looking for a hands-on Controller to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of Addressable. What You’ll Do
- Financial reporting & audit: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; own the annual audit end-to-end; produce reports for management, the board, and investors.
- US entity compliance: Manage international tax matters, including U.S. federal and state tax reporting, and transfer pricing (TP) documentation and compliance.
- Financial Operations & Close: Lead the global month-end close across all entities, including G/L oversight, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - working alongside the Senior Bookkeeper & Payroll Controller.
- Process Improvement & Financial Policies: Establish, monitor, and enforce financial policies and procedures tailored for the Web3 and crypto industry; identify and implement process improvements to drive accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Planning and Analysis: Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Budget Management: Oversee the accounting budget and build efficiencies into all aspects of the group’s operations, including systems and processes.
- Controls & Reconciliations: Perform ongoing controls, reconciliations, and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to finance leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- 2 - 4 years experience in accounting/finance, preferably within the tech or digital marketing sector, with experience at a Big 4 firm and at least one role post-internship.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA required.
- Process Management: Strong ability to manage processes and develop standards in a rapidly evolving atmosphere.
- Financial Reporting: Proven experience with financial operations and reporting requirements.
- Hands-on US entity experience: Multi-entity intercompany and consolidations.
- End-to-end audit ownership: experience managing the full annual audit cycle including auditor coordination and workpaper preparation.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP).
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Transforms complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Ownership & initiative: Proactively identifies challenges, leads solutions, and continuously improves the finance infrastructure to support growth.
- Experience with Priority ERP.
- Experience working with global EOR/PEO payroll platforms.
- Experience working with NetSuite (implementation, administration, or advanced user).
- Experience working with Mesh, or other automated financial tech tools.
