Keshet Media Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Commercial Division in a key role focused on leading strategic deals, partnerships, and investments, with an emphasis on Media for Equity, Revenue Share, and hybrid deal structures.

The role includes identifying and initiating new business opportunities, building a high-quality pipeline of target companies, establishing relationships with entrepreneurs, management teams, funds, and key stakeholders, and leading deals end-to-end — from sourcing and initial evaluation through negotiation, due diligence, deal structuring, and signing.

What You’ll Do?

  • Identify, initiate, and systematically evaluate relevant companies and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Build and manage an ongoing, prioritized pipeline of opportunities aligned with the group’s business strategy.
  • Map sectors, trends, players, and market opportunities across media, digital, advertising, content, and technology.
  • Establish relationships and open doors with management teams, entrepreneurs, shareholders, funds, advisors, and senior market stakeholders.
  • Lead initial conversations, build trust, and mature opportunities into active deal processes.
  • Conduct business and financial analysis of companies, including business model assessment, growth potential, competitive landscape, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build financial models, valuation analyses, feasibility assessments, and investment theses.
  • Structure deals involving media, valuation, equity, revenue share, commercial mechanisms, and engagement terms.
  • Lead business, financial, and commercial due diligence processes.
  • Manage business, financial, and commercial negotiations with target companies and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, commercial, and BI teams to structure and complete transactions.
  • Prepare materials, recommendations, and decision-making outputs for senior management.

What We’re Looking For?

  • Significant experience in sourcing, initiating, and leading new deals — a must.
  • Previous experience in private equity, investment firms, investment banking, M&A, corporate development, or a similar role — a must.
  • CPA qualification or degree in Economics — a must.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence.
  • Experience building pipelines, establishing relationships, and driving processes with management teams, entrepreneurs, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing negotiations and leading deals end-to-end — a must.
  • Strong commercial and legal understanding of agreements and business engagements — a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with the media, advertising, digital, or content industries — an advantage.
  • Excellent English proficiency.

We are looking for a commercially driven dealmaker with strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proven ability to open doors, identify opportunities, and lead complex deals from idea to execution.

This role is ideal for someone independent, proactive, and business-minded, who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders while combining attention to detail with a broad strategic view.
