Responsibilities
- Lead high-voltage substation projects that are essential to clients and the communities they serve.
- Ensure successful project delivery on schedule and within budget while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Build collaboration among internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Promote proactive risk management to address challenges before they impact project execution.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in engineering roles within high-voltage substation EPC projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-voltage equipment and electrical engineering principles.
- Project Engineering Skills: Proficiency in engineering design, analysis, and implementation, including developing and reviewing technical documentation and specifications.
- Design & Analysis: Ability to create and evaluate engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve engineering challenges.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with project teams and stakeholders.
- EHS Compliance: Experience ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance in engineering practices.
- Education & Certification: Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or related field) and relevant certifications, with hands-on experience in HV substation design and construction.
