Key Account Sales Manager - Malaysia

Reporting line: Chairman/ CEO
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Director in developing and managing key accounts in Malaysia across sectors such as government and enterprise retail, securities, automotive, and banking. Build and maintain strong, stable client relationships, and manage existing customer resources.
- Draft industry research reports and tailored solution proposals for enterprise clients.
- Analyze the buying behavior and needs of industry clients to develop effective sales strategies.
- Conduct business negotiations and participate in drafting and finalizing sales contract terms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university; 2–5 years of experience in key account sales within the software industry. SaaS sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of the market landscape and client demands, with proven capabilities in project management and market planning. Familiar with industry organizational structures, development trends, application systems, business characteristics, security requirements, and the bidding/tendering process.
- Results-oriented, able to thrive in a high-intensity and fast-paced environment. Must be passionate and possess strong team collaboration skills.
- Strong market development and client communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Candidates with knowledge or experience in ITOM (IT Operations Management), big data analytics, or related technologies will be given priority.
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm; (Remotely)
Remuneration Packages: Basic + Commission / Bonus
