Your Role in Our Mission
As the Product Manager in FNmarkets, you will define and drive the product vision for our trading and brokerage ecosystem, ensuring seamless experiences across client-facing platforms and internal operations. By aligning user needs, business priorities, and regulatory requirements, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact fintech products that strengthen our competitive edge.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for assigned product areas
- Align product initiatives with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities
- Identify growth opportunities through structured discovery and user research
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations to ensure high-quality, on-time releases
- Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption across operations and support teams
- Define product success metrics and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback
- Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment in all product developments
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech environments
- Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, database structures, and system architecture
- Experience applying data-driven prioritization frameworks such as RICE, Kano, or similar
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling trading or brokerage products in competitive fintech environments
- Strong commercial acumen — balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, and revenue impact
- Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering measurable product outcomes in high-growth settings
- 30 minute HR interview with the Talent Acquisition team member
- 45 minute Problem Solving Interview (with talent acquisition team & department front line manager)
- 60-minute Bar Raiser Interview (with head of department & talent acquisition lead)
