Product Manager

We are looking for a product-minded individual with strong user empathy, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to bridge technology with real-world user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate technical capabilities and product features into meaningful user scenarios and experiences.
• Craft compelling product narratives that clearly communicate product value through storytelling and practical use cases.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams in China and clients in United States to drive product discussions and execution.
• Bridge communication between business, product, and technical stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
• Drive product initiatives proactively with strong ownership and independent thinking.
• Align with company vision and execute product strategies efficiently once direction is established.

Requirements

• Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to think from the customer’s perspective.
• Excellent scenario-based storytelling and product communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with confidence using professional IT and technical terminology.
• Able to communicate effectively with international teams, especially engineers in China and clients in Canada.
• Founder mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and decision-making ability in ambiguous environments.
• High execution capability and ability to stay aligned with leadership goals and priorities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.

Nice to Have

Candidates with exposure or understanding of AI product concepts are highly preferred, including:

• AI Agents and their application scenarios
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Tool Use
• Modular Skill design concepts
• Knowledge systems, RAG, and context management
• AI-native product experience (usage or design)

Additional advantages:

• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience evaluating product performance through metrics and quantitative analysis
• Hands-on experience with AI-native products or workflows
