Reward and Benefits:
- £36,000-42,000 (depending on experience)

About the role:
A typical day for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer could look like this:
- Assisting with the introduction of new products from R&D into production, to ensure they hit all quality and specification targets.
- Documenting the assembly and build of our Metron System, providing a seamless handover to Operations.
- Creating and maintaining high‑quality documentation for product builds.
- Creating clear and detailed build notes and test procedures.
- Supporting the Engineering Change process once products are released.
- Helping to ensure a smooth NPI process and full production readiness.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
- Identifying and developing specialist equipment and tooling to improve efficiency and quality.
- Offer guidance on development approaches.
- Circa 2 years’ experience in building and/or and testing complex technology products.
- Familiarity with product data management, product lifecycle, and release processes.
- Understanding of ECR/ECO engineering control systems.
- Experience with mechanical CAD software (e.g. Solidworks / eDrawings).
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in technical English.
- Willingness to travel if necessary (up to 10% of time)
- Experience in document control with Dassault EPDM.
- Proficient in wiring/soldering to IPC standards.
- Project Management experience.
