Do you want to do more than just sell? Do you want to shape growth in partnership with others? As a Account Manager (m/f/d), you will acquire new customers, maintain existing relationships, and independently manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to successful closure.
What Else Your Job Offers You
- With your sales skills, you will win new customers—especially for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions—build long-term relationships with our existing customers, and share responsibility for pipeline development
- You will accompany the entire sales cycle: from initial contact to needs assessment and solution presentation to successful closure, contributing your own ideas along the way
- In close coordination with our customers and colleagues, you will develop business concepts and IT solution approaches
- You will professionally prepare customer events and workshops and moderate them together with our specialists
- Through regular reporting, you will ensure transparency regarding ongoing projects, sales opportunities, and results achieved
- In addition, you will support our customers in implementing Microsoft Copilot and other AI solutions in their companies
- You have a bachelor's degree or comparable qualification – ideally with a focus on economics or technology
- You already have experience in sales of CRM solutions (ideally MS Dynamics 365) or in management consulting
- You are passionate about advising and supporting companies on AI topics
- Your passion for sales drives you: you impress with your commitment, enthusiasm, and solution-oriented approach
- As a strong communicator, you can convey content clearly and convincingly, approach people openly, and find the right words even in challenging situations
- You are confident and assertive, while remaining pragmatic and confident in negotiations
- Your daily tasks require fluent German and good English skills, as well as a moderate willingness to travel

For legal reasons, we would also like to point out that the minimum salary for this position under the collective agreement is EUR 3,843 gross per month. With the right qualifications and experience, you can of course expect to be paid above this amount and benefit from a commission model.
