Senior Technical Program Manager

Our client, one of the largest investment companies in the world, is actively looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their team in Malvern, PA! This role is onsite hybrid 3 days a week so local candidates are required.

***This is a 4 month initial contract***

This person should have expertise leading large-scale programs or transformations! This role is focused on a technology platform change across multiple stakeholders and vendors so having experience with technology transformations and vendor management is crucial. This role is also client facing, so it is necessary that this individual has strong relationship management skills to navigate senior leaders across organizations.

Responsibilities

Program Management

• Proactively drive work, identify issues, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
• Connect dots across multiple organizations, acting as the glue to ensure parties are informed, operating cohesively, and organized effectively.
• Organize meetings and provide follow-ups.
• Work with multiple stakeholder groups to drive consensus decisions and ensure outcomes are being met.
• Support communication across business and technology partners by sharing updates and tracking open items.
• Help prepare status updates and other documentation for program reviews and working sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of technical program management experience, ideally at global enterprise organizations
• Strong expertise leading large-scale programs or technology transformations
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
• Strong communication skills are a must
