- Active Ohio Real Estate License or commitment to acquire one before employment begins.
- Deep knowledge of the Cincinnati, Ohio and its surroundings.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, adept at managing client expectations.
- Capable of working autonomously with little oversight and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Access to a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
- Prospecting and generating leads are your strong suits.
