Key Responsibilities

• Complete safety training and follow all company safety policies
• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally in all weather conditions
• Plan and follow assigned routes as needed
• Secure cargo properly and ensure safe transport
• Maintain accurate log books, trip sheets, hours of service, mileage, and fuel records
• Report all incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly
• Identify and report mechanical concerns immediately
• Keep assigned truck clean and well-maintained
• Obtain required shipper and receiver signatures at all delivery points
• Maintain communication with dispatch via phone and email
• Act courteously and respectfully at all customer facilities
• Represent Integrity Tennessee with a professional, positive attitude

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (proper license for equipment operated)
• Open availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must reside within one (1) hour of the Integrity Tennessee location
• Be able to drive Manual and Automatic Transmission
• Willingness to comply with random drug and alcohol testing
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and accountability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
