About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop in a structured, supportive project management environment.
You will work alongside experienced project managers and cross-functional teams to support the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of internal and client-facing projects. Full training, mentorship and professional development opportunities (including funded certifications) will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, scheduling and coordination of project activities
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and status updates
- Support project managers in monitoring progress, risks and issues
- Communicate with internal teams, clients and stakeholders
- Help track budgets, timelines and deliverables
- Contribute to process improvements and project governance activities
About You
- Degree in Business, Management or related industry is preferable but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn
- A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with project tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) is a bonus but not required
