Job Title: UAT/ORT test lead
Location: Tyler, TX (5 days onsite)
Duration: 12+ month Contract
Looking for UAT/ORT test lead. Looking for 3+ years of experienced candidate with below skills.
Location : Tyler, TX (5 days onsite)
JD:
Primary skills :
- Product quality, testing, and validation support
Hands-on involvement in operational readiness testing (ORT), User acceptance testing, validating product readiness, and identifying quality risks.
- Operational Readiness & Launch Execution
- Supporting product launches, readiness activities, and execution in an onsite lab environment.
- Operational Documentation & Process Standardization
- Creating and maintaining documentation, standard processes, and launch best practices
Secondary skills:
- Analytics & Dashboard Familiarity
- Comfort working with dashboards and metrics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation
- Identifying operational or launch risks and proactively addressing them through process or tooling improvements
- Tooling Experience
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking work, documentation, and collaboration
- Clear Written & Verbal Communication
- Ability to communicate status, risks, and insights effectively to stakeholders.
