Summary/Objective

Responsible for managing and supporting business customers with a variety of treasury management products and services including online products and services, backup ACH and wire functions, RDC, Positive Pay, and IntraFi as well as occasional account servicing.


Essential Functions

1. Deepen new and existing customer relationships through the cross selling of the bank’s deposit and treasury services by calling on customers, partnering with business lenders bank wide, and referring customers to other bank departments as necessary.

2. Opens new accounts and performs all account administration and maintenance including but not limited to, file maintenance, fraud, scanning review, and reporting.

3. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of commercial deposit products and services.

4. Conducts account analyses and provides recommendations of appropriate products and pricing for new business customers.

5. Prepares appropriate documentation and agreements relative to treasury management products and services in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.

6. Provides internal and external support for a wide range of TM online services including online banking, backup ACH and wire functions, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and IntraFi. Collaborates with other departments as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.

7. Stays abreast of changes in compliance regulations related to treasury management products and emerging developments in the banking, treasury management, and payments industry.

8. Provides insight into new cash management products and services, and special projects as assigned.

10. Consistently demonstrates appropriate interpersonal communication skills with customers, coworkers, and outside vendors.

11. Follows all Unison Bank policies and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.


Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role. The employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position. The employee is occasionally required to move about inside the office. The employee is regularly required to handle files and documents as well as regularly operate a computer and keyboard. The employee is regularly required to communicate with customers and other staff members and exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reviewing/inspecting documents.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.


Travel

May require occasional travel to the bank’s additional branches.


Required Education and Experience

Associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; at least 3 years of banking experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of the structuring of different types of business accounts.


Preferred Experience

Experience with Premier/Fiserv and BPM.
