Customer Support Specialist - Tank Track
Tank Track is the operating system for septic and waste hauling businesses. Our customers are owners, dispatchers, and drivers running real operations on tight margins. We have a track record for exceptional customer service and rapid response times, so we are looking for a talented individual to help us maintain this quality.
What you'll do
- Own all inbound support across phone and tickets
- Resolve issues quickly and clearly - first touch wherever possible
- Build deep product expertise so customers trust your answers
- Surface patterns to product and engineering so we fix root causes
- Help define what great support looks like in vertical SaaS
What we're looking for
- An intense commitment to serving customers - you take ownership and follow through, every time
- Deep empathy, especially for people running hands-on, hard-working businesses
- A strong appetite for learning - our product is technical, opinionated, and evolving fast
- Clear, calm communication on the phone and in writing
- Experience in the trades (septic, plumbing, HVAC, hauling, construction, field service) is a plus
The details
- Location: Fully remote (US-based)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm ET
- Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 base, depending on experience
- Healthcare: We cover 70% of the premium for a gold-equivalent plan on the marketplace, giving you the freedom to pick the plan that fits you best
