Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI & Generate organic traffic to all social media platforms
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, content writing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.
  • Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally.
  • Strong research skills with excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms
  • Working knowledge/familiarity with social listening tools
  • Provide daily, weekly and quarterly reports to the senior management
  • Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure that posts are engaging.
  • Plan the Social Media Calendar in line with the short and long-term goals of the brand
  • Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and responding to their comments.
  • Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns.
  • Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms.

Requirements

  • 1 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role.
  • Location with the Vadodara with work from the office.
  • Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.
  • Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
  • Good understanding of social media ads.
  • Sound knowledge of influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media post schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer, Publer, or similar tools.
  • Diploma/Any Graduate or relevant Course in marketing, media, or related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic customer service skills & good time management skills.
