Overview:
Location: Hybrid - New York, NY
Salary: $105,000 - $112,000
We are seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer who will support our client with the development, enhancement, modernization, and maintenance of Civil Service Exam application projects. This role will work across the full application stack to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality application features, system improvements, and ongoing technical support. The ideal candidate has senior-level .NET full stack development experience, strong Angular and SQL Server skills, and a solid understanding of secure coding and authentication practices.
Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end components using Angular and modern UI frameworks.
- Build and enhance .NET APIs, backend services, and application logic to support project functionality.
- Optimize SQL Server database structures, queries, and stored procedures for performance and reliability.
- Implement secure coding practices, OAuth-based authentication, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Support system troubleshooting, code reviews, and technical documentation to ensure stable and maintainable releases.
- Associates degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer demonstrating increasing responsibility to a senior developer.
- 10+ years demonstrating proficiency in Angular, including RxJS, component architecture, and state management.
- 5+ years with C#, Web APIs, and backend development
- Hands-on experience with OAuth and secure authentication/authorization patterns.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated secure coding practices and familiarity with cybersecurity standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud services (Azure)
