About the Role

LaScala Restaurant Group is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support accounting and reporting

functions across our multi-entity restaurant and hospitality operations. This role partners closely with

management and the accounting team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is

organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple

entities and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly close and financial reporting processes
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain balance sheet schedules
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Process accruals, prepaids, and general ledger activity
• Review transactions for coding accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to store-level financial reporting and analysis
• Provide cash, payroll, and operational accounting support as needed
• Collaborate with operations and management teams across multiple locations
• Support ongoing accounting and reporting initiatives

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of accounting experience
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other multi-unit experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills required
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and team-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience
