Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and scalability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and system features.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with cloud-based development environments and tools.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Ability to work with both frontend and backend technologies to build cohesive applications.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
