Required Skills

• Strong mobile product management experience, especially native iOS/Android in B2B environments
• Hands-on leadership of agile teams, managing sprints in Jira, with a track record of frequent product releases
• Customer research expertise, partnering effectively with design teams, and translating insights into strategy
• Ability to earn trust with senior developers and navigate large, established organizational structures
• Product management and design-thinking backgrounds preferred over solely IT-focused profiles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly at all levels of leadership

Nice to Have Skills

• Data skills or understanding of software development processes
• Experience working on IoT data products or related technologies
• Familiarity with transportation or logistics industries
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove team roadblocks

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on mobile and data solutions
