Job Description

Curator of Hospitality – One Thousand Museum

The overall role of the Curator of Hospitality is to develop and execute front-of-house services and owner relations at One Thousand Museum. This includes organizing, directing, and coordinating the work of the Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, Door, Culinary, and Wellness teams.

The Curator will serve as the primary point of contact for OTM owners in relation to their service and lifestyle experience, whether they are in residence or anywhere in the world.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an orientation program for owners to introduce them to the OTM lifestyle and better understand their interests, preferences, and specific requests.
  • Work with the General Manager to update and reinforce service standards and SOPs, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up with staff for proper execution.
  • Oversee the Concierge program and develop partnerships and relationships that enhance the OTM owner experience.
  • Build, maintain, and update the resident database in VertiLinc, ensuring staff is informed of all relevant updates.
  • Develop and facilitate in-house programming and special events (including holidays) for owners by leveraging relationships within the arts, including music, dance, theatre, fitness, fine art, and food & beverage.
  • Facilitate unique programming for OTM owners by leveraging relationships with leaders in South Florida’s arts and entertainment scene, including performing arts centers, museums, sporting events, film, food, and wine experiences.
  • Communicate arrival and departure information, as well as special requests, to all relevant staff members. Ensure proper coordination and execution of all arrivals and departures.
  • Work with the General Manager to establish the budget for lifestyle programming and events.
  • Oversee the transportation program, including house cars, helipad operations, helicopter charters, yachting, private jets, and related services.
  • Develop and execute in-house culinary programming.
