Purpose of the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Procurement Transformation Lead to lead the end-to-end strategic sourcing process across various general and indirect categories within IAG Transform.


This role is pivotal in executing category strategies that drive significant value, innovation, and risk mitigation across the organization, working closely with stakeholders across the wider IAG Group companies (OpCos).



Your responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes for indirect categories, including RFP development, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Implement category strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across OpCos to define specifications, align sourcing strategies, and ensure business needs are met.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights and procurement expertise.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts using IAG Transform templates and coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.



Your skills, experience and qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • To be actively following new airline trends combined with keeping in the loop regarding aviation related digital developments
  • Familiarity with Airline Industry, specifically Distribution, NDC Standards, Modern Airline Retailing or Revenue Management would be beneficial
  • Self-starter attitude, good interpersonal skills is a must;
  • Project management experience welcome;
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Willingness to travel and work in a multi-site/location environment.
