We’re partnering with a major resources organisation to appoint a Senior Solution Architect into a role that sits at the centre of how technology drives operational performance.

The Opportunity

• Lead end-to-end solution design across operational mining systems and enterprise platforms
• Work across real-time data, fleet systems, ERP, and cloud environments
• Partner with stakeholders from site teams through to senior leadership
• Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions
• Ensure alignment between strategy, architecture, and delivery

What They’re Looking For

• Strong background in mining and mining systems, particularly OT environments
• Adaptable and solutions-focused, comfortable working across multiple domains
• Confident communicator who can engage at all levels
• Ability to challenge, hold their ground, and still maintain momentum
• Commercially aware with strong judgement in complex environments

Your Experience

• Proven background in solution or enterprise architecture within mining or heavy industry
• Strong understanding of OT systems, SCADA, and OT/IT integration
• Track record delivering complex, multi-system solutions
• Exposure across operational systems, enterprise applications, and infrastructure
