We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to lead this transformation from the front. Mainly conisdering someone to collaborate within our Barcelona or Cascáis´s office.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the core of the business. The COO will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run efficiently across the entire portfolio while continuously improving how we deliver our product and experience.
You will oversee day-to-day operations across our properties, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and performance. A key focus will be on refining and optimizing the guest journey, making it seamless, intuitive, and aligned with our brand standards. You will also take ownership of facility management across the portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard while keeping costs under control.
The role includes leading new property openings end-to-end, from operational setup to stabilization, ensuring each asset launches smoothly and performs from day one. You will work closely with teams across functions to ensure that the technology we use is not only well implemented, but actually drives efficiency and better decision-making. This includes optimizing the current tech stack and selecting new tools when needed.
You will establish, refine, and enforce clear SOPs across the organization, bringing structure without unnecessary complexity. Measurement and accountability are key: you will define KPIs, track performance, and continuously push for improvements. This role requires a constant drive to question how things are done and to find better, simpler, and more scalable ways to operate.
We are looking for someone with a strong operations background, ideally within hospitality or a similarly complex, multi-unit environment. You are comfortable navigating a layered tech ecosystem and understand how systems, automation, and data can enhance operations rather than complicate them.
You are highly logical in your decision-making, able to break down complex situations and act decisively. You bring transparency and credibility to your work, building trust across teams. You are comfortable with intensity — this role requires flexibility, long hours when needed, and frequent travel across our markets.
You are deeply connected to your work, proactive, and always engaged — someone who naturally takes ownership and drives things forward without waiting to be asked.

- Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
- Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
- Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
Qualifications
- 10 - 15 years' of executive experience
- Strategic planning and business development experience
- Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
