This is a hybrid role based in Albany, NY (minimum three days in-office).
What You’ll Do
Own Day-to-Day Client Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Define client business goals
- Build strong, trusted client relationships through clear communication and follow-through
- Keep work moving—on time, on budget, and aligned with expectations
Drive Organization and Momentum
- Drive agency processes for your clients: timelines, scopes, and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Coordinate across creative, media, and digital teams
- Ensure internal alignment and proactive communication
Bring Strategy to Life
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans
- Translate client goals into actionable briefs, campaigns, and deliverables
- Contribute to strategic thinking with a strong understanding of audience, customer journey, messaging, and performance
Think Like a Modern Marketer
- Help define success metrics and track campaign performance
- Identify opportunities to optimize and improve ongoing work
- Support development of messaging frameworks, content plans, and campaign strategy
AI & Tools Mindset
- Use AI tools to support research, content development, and workflow efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve output using modern tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to apply AI in practical, responsible ways
- Stay curious and adaptable as new tools and technologies emerge
You don’t need to be an AI expert—but you should be comfortable using modern tools to improve how work gets done.
What You Bring
- 4-6 years in an agency environment
- Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns (content, paid media, social, digital)
- A unique combination of self reliance and collaborative spirit
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with analytics, reporting, and marketing tools
- Familiarity with AI tools or a strong interest in learning and applying them
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail or momentum

Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000 – $85,000
