Senior AI Developer

About this role:

As a Senior AI Developer (GenAI) you will design and build production-grade Generative AI systems for large-scale enterprise document ecosystems.

What you’ll do:

• Build enterprise GenAI applications (chatbots, copilots, assistants)

• Design and own end-to-end RAG pipelines (ingestion → retrieval → generation)

• Engineer scalable document processing across PDF, DOC, HTML, and more

• Implement agentic AI workflows and tool-based orchestration

• Build and optimize vector search & hybrid retrieval systems

• Improve grounding, relevance, and hallucination control in production

• Integrate and optimize LLMs via AWS Bedrock / Azure OpenAI

• Focus on token efficiency, latency, streaming, and cost optimization

• Develop production-ready APIs using FastAPI

• Deploy and scale GenAI services on AWS

What we’re looking for:

• Total 6 years plus experience.

• Strong hands-on experience building GenAI systems from scratch.

• Deep experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases

• Solid backend engineering and cloud-native expertise

• Production mindset: monitoring, reliability, and observability
