Kforce has a client in Naples, FL that is seeking a Senior Account Executive. Overview: Kforce is partnering with a rapidly growing client in the Southwest Florida real estate services market seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive territory growth and client engagement. This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on developing and expanding partnerships within the real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-activity environment, takes a proactive approach to business development, and is motivated by owning and growing a defined territory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a defined sales territory across Southwest Florida (Naples, Cape Coral, Fort Myers)
  • Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, in-person visits, networking events, and social selling
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry partners
  • Manage and advance a sales pipeline, consistently driving revenue growth
  • Deliver in-person presentations and consultations to real estate offices and partner organizations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for referral partners
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements
  • Partner with marketing to support local campaigns and brand awareness initiatives
  • Maintain accurate reporting and activity tracking within CRM systems
  • Stay informed on local market trends and real estate activity within the territory

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and grow accounts over time
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, email, phone, and social platforms for sales outreach
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience within real estate, home inspections, mortgage, title, or related services
  • Consultative sales approach with a strong focus on relationship building

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
