Senior Account Executive

- Own and grow a defined sales territory across Southwest Florida (Naples, Cape Coral, Fort Myers)
- Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, in-person visits, networking events, and social selling
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry partners
- Manage and advance a sales pipeline, consistently driving revenue growth
- Deliver in-person presentations and consultations to real estate offices and partner organizations
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for referral partners
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements
- Partner with marketing to support local campaigns and brand awareness initiatives
- Maintain accurate reporting and activity tracking within CRM systems
- Stay informed on local market trends and real estate activity within the territory
- High School diploma or GED
- Proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and grow accounts over time
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Proficiency with CRM tools, email, phone, and social platforms for sales outreach
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience within real estate, home inspections, mortgage, title, or related services
- Consultative sales approach with a strong focus on relationship building
