PERSONAL LOANS PRODUCT MANAGER

The Product Manager is responsible for enhancing product features to maintain competitiveness, managing pricing and fees, and monitoring portfolio performance to address issues proactively. The role involves launching and tracking product test programs and tactical campaigns, coordinating with internal and external partners to support product sales, and ensuring compliance with regulations and business policies. By leveraging market insights, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, the manager drives product profitability, competitiveness, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Enhances product features to ensure competitiveness
• Researches and expands segment programs for preferred markets
• Manages pricing and introduces or rationalizes fees
• Monitors portfolio performance and resolves performance issues
• Launches and monitors product test programs and tactical campaigns
• Coordinates with ULC and enterprise partners for sales support items
• Works with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and launch product variants
• Coordinates with channels and digital teams for market insights and distribution
• Introduces new products and updates pricing schemes to grow revenue
• Ensures compliance with regulations and business policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Product or Project Management
• 1–2 years of experience in Personal Loans/Unsecured Lending (preferred) or similar
• Strong knowledge of product and project management, profitability dynamics, data analytics, and market research
• Understanding of personal loans and consumer lending products
• Familiarity with digital channels
• Skills in influencing, strategic thinking, analytical ability, communication, negotiation, and writing
• Attributes of initiative, self-starting, and results orientation
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Preferably with experience in banks
