About the Role
As a core member of our institutional client relationship and operations team, you will deliver premium VIP services to institutional clients, maintain and deepen long-term partnerships, and enhance both client satisfaction and business value. You will not only need to deeply understand client needs, but also leverage market trends, financial products, and AI-powered tools to provide more efficient, intelligent, and personalized service experiences. This role also offers opportunities to participate in internal AI initiatives, including AI-driven customer service optimization, AI content and data analysis, and intelligent operations tools implementation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with VIP institutional clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention;
- Analyze client needs and assist in developing customized asset allocation and wealth management solutions;
- Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and crypto ecosystem changes to provide timely insights and operational recommendations;
- Coordinate with internal product, operations, marketing, and technology teams to deliver integrated financial service solutions;
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and collect feedback to improve service processes and client experience;
- Participate in AI-related projects and support the implementation of AI applications in customer service, operational support, data analytics, and knowledge management;
- Learn and utilize AI tools to improve work efficiency, including AI-assisted content generation, client communication support, data organization, and operational analysis;
- Collaborate with AI, product, and technical teams to continuously optimize customer experience and service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with Computer Science backgrounds or hands-on AI project experience are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Strong interest in FinTech, cryptocurrency, Web3, or AI industries, with long-term career aspirations in these fields;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service awareness;
- Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and information analysis skills, with the ability to quickly understand financial products and business operations;
- Open-minded toward AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to explore practical AI applications in business scenarios;
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Notion AI, or automation platforms is a plus;
- Strong teamwork and stress management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment;
- Relevant financial certifications are preferred;
- English communication skills are preferred to support international business operations.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Web3 and cryptocurrency ecosystems;
- Internship or experience in customer service, financial services, or user operations;
- Interest in AI Agents, workflow automation, and AI-driven content operations;
- Familiarity with global platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Telegram.
