Key Responsibilities
- System Integration: Register and set up new vendors discovered by the Sourcing Team into our internal ERP/database systems.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, collaborating closely with:
- QC (Quality Control): To ensure vendors meet technical and safety standards.
- Legal Department: To verify contracts, compliance documents, and NDAs.
- Purchasing Handover: Successfully transition fully-vetted vendors to the Purchasing Team for operational execution.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of vendor credentials, certifications, and contact information.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective inter-departmental collaboration.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and document verification.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office / or Google (especially Excel) and experience with ERP software is a plus.
- Project Management: Experience in managing timelines and coordinating stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement administration.
