Job Summary
The position will assist in increasing the profitability of existing products and aids in developing new products for the company. The position will be responsible for building products from existing ideas or helping develop new ones based on their experience, representing the interests and needs of customers, prospects, and partners.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Develops product strategies and plans to increase overall usage and user satisfaction
- Assists in the translation of business goals and objectives into a concrete strategy and tactical plan
- Assesses and specifies market requirements for current and future products through conducting market research and on-going discussions with internal clients and client-facing teams
- Manages the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution
- Develops, implements, and manages product features in collaboration with development partners
- Prepares detailed and comprehensive product requirements and statements of work
- Provides feedback on product costs and budget impact
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Typically 2+ years
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Solid knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
