Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-oriented IT Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of next-generation cloud and AI-based products. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, building, and scaling enterprise-grade platforms, AI accelerators, reusable AI modules/components, and infrastructure-related technology products.

The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in product strategy, product execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, architecture, DevOps, AI/ML, cloud, and business teams. This is a hands-on product management role that requires both strategic thinking and operational ownership.

The role is based out of our Hyderabad office and requires close collaboration with internal teams, customers, partners, and leadership stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for cloud and AI product initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging technology trends in AI, cloud, automation, and infrastructure domains.
• Build scalable and reusable product frameworks, accelerators, and platform capabilities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product plans and measurable outcomes.

End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management

• Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, prioritization, development, launch, adoption, enhancement, and sunset planning.
• Create product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, release plans, and product documentation.
• Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure timely product delivery and quality outcomes.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and stakeholder communication.

AI & Cloud Product Ownership

• Drive development of:
• AI accelerators and reusable AI frameworks
• AI modules, AI agents, Bots and AI-powered workflows
• Cloud-native applications and platforms
• Infrastructure and DevOps-related products/tools
• Automation and observability solutions
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on model integration, API orchestration, and deployment strategies.
• Work with cloud teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Engage with customers, internal leadership, delivery teams, and partners to gather requirements and feedback.
• Conduct product demos, workshops, roadmap discussions, and solution positioning sessions.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams.

Product Governance & Metrics

• Define KPIs, adoption metrics, product success criteria, and ROI measurements.
• Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, reliability, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Product Management within IT, Cloud, SaaS, Platform Engineering, or AI-driven environments.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise technology products.
• Experience working with cloud-native and AI-enabled platforms/products is mandatory.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• AI/ML ecosystem and Generative AI concepts
• APIs, microservices, SaaS platforms, and system integrations
• DevOps, Infrastructure, CI/CD, containerization, and automation
• Product development methodologies including Agile/Scrum
• Exposure to AI accelerators, AI agents, copilots, reusable frameworks, or enterprise AI solutions will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to understand technical architecture and translate it into business value.
• Exposure to enterprise AI transformation initiatives or platform engineering environments is preferred

Tools & Platforms

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools and product metrics dashboards.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• High ownership mindset with ability to work in fast-paced startup or growth environments.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive execution.
