Job Descriptions:

• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.) for various projects
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize performance
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and innovations in the real estate market
• Lead and mentor a team of digital specialists to achieve marketing objectives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a property developer company or real estate
• Proven track record in running successful digital property campaigns and generating qualified leads
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and digital analytics
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and related tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Creative, analytical, and data-driven approach to marketing
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Willing to be placed in Cisauk or CitraRaya, Tangerang
