Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Develop and implement high-quality, tailored account plans and programs, leveraging relevant shopper and customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer plans.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of initiatives in line with customer needs and business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sustainable growth.
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Clear, confident, and effective communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
- Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset
- Excellent command of the English language
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales, with a combination of Key Accounts and Field Sales considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
