Baptist Health is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join our team as the Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Non-Clinical Director. This role provides enterprise leadership and direction for non-clinical sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procurement activities across the health system. This is a full-time opportunity supporting system-wide operations.

We are looking for a results-driven leader with strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and operational optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive cost savings, improve processes, and partner effectively with senior leadership to advance organizational priorities.

Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Non-Clinical Director, Job Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for non-clinical categories
• Oversee contracting, supplier performance, and procurement operations to drive cost efficiency and value
• Develop and implement an annual business plan aligned with organizational strategy
• Establish and monitor system-wide goals, ensuring consistent execution across all entities
• Identify risks, manage performance variances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes and outcomes
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to support operational and financial objectives
• Drive supplier relationship management and contract compliance

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of supply chain, strategic sourcing, or procurement leadership experience required
• Healthcare supply chain experience preferred
• Experience with contract negotiations and supplier management required

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field required
• Master’s Degree preferred
