The MissionTakeAI agentsfrom Figma to productionand from cool toROI. Youll own vision, strategy and execution for AI products that automate real work: from intelligent support to back-office flows that speak to CRM/ERP. What youll buildAgents that triage and resolve tickets, create tasks in Jira/Asana, and learn from feedback. Workflows using RAG over living knowledge bases. Orchestration with external tools (e.G., CRM/ERP likePrimavera, PHC, Odoo, HubSpot ). Guardrails, observability andevals(golden sets, regression checks) to keep agents predictable. Define vision,north-star metricsand the roadmap; keep the backlog laser-focused on value. Write sharp PRDs, design MVPs and ruthlessly cut what doesnt move the needle. Instrument and measure results (e.G., % auto-resolution, P95 response time, hallucinations per 1k executions). Partner tightly with Eng/Data/Design; launch learn iterate repeat. Raise the bar onProduct Ops : analytics, experimentation, crisp documentation. Must-haves3+ years in Product (includingProduct Ownerexperience) with shipped, real-world product. 1+ year launching features with LLMs/AI agents (beyond PoCs). Comfort with prompts, RAG, vector search, quality evaluation, and privacy/security basics. Excellent English(spoken and written). Nice-to-havesExposure to agent frameworks/stacks (e.G., LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI/AutoGen, tool/func-calling). Knowledge ofmanagement software(ERP/CRM/accounting)abig plus. Strong UX instincts and a taste for data (funnels, cohorts, retention). What youll find100% remote (PT/EU) + in-person sessions in Porto when it makes sense.
