Since launching in 2015, the brand has sold over 75 million units and built strong momentum across UK retail. With ambitious plans for continued expansion, they are now looking for a commercially driven NAM to help accelerate growth.

This is a high-impact role that combines strategic account management with new business development.
Youโll take ownership of key grocery customers including Tesco, Ocado and Booker, while also identifying and securing opportunities across wholesale and other emerging channels.

๐ ๏ธ What Youโll Be Doing
๐น Manage and grow a portfolio of key national and regional customers including Tesco, Ocado and Booker
๐น Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
๐น Lead joint business planning and annual negotiations
๐น Drive distribution, visibility and rate of sale across your accounts
๐น Identify and secure new business opportunities across grocery, wholesale and high street channels
๐น Negotiate commercial terms, trade spend and promotional plans
๐น Own account P&Ls, budgets and performance analysis
๐น Deliver accurate forecasting and demand planning
๐น Turn category and sales insights into clear commercial actions
๐น Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent in-store and online execution
๐น Represent the business at trade shows, events and customer meetings
๐ About You
โ Experience in a National Account Executive, National Account Manager or similar FMCG commercial role
โ Proven track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business
โ Strong understanding of UK grocery retailers
โ Commercially savvy with experience managing P&Ls
โ Confident negotiator and relationship builder
โ Analytical, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
โ Excited by the opportunity to join a hands-on, high-growth business with a strong sustainability mission
