Ignite is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led beverage business that is on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic and redefine the bottled water category.

Since launching in 2015, the brand has sold over 75 million units and built strong momentum across UK retail. With ambitious plans for continued expansion, they are now looking for a commercially driven NAM to help accelerate growth.

This is a high-impact role that combines strategic account management with new business development.

Youโ€™ll take ownership of key grocery customers including Tesco, Ocado and Booker, while also identifying and securing opportunities across wholesale and other emerging channels.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

๐Ÿ”น Manage and grow a portfolio of key national and regional customers including Tesco, Ocado and Booker

๐Ÿ”น Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders

๐Ÿ”น Lead joint business planning and annual negotiations

๐Ÿ”น Drive distribution, visibility and rate of sale across your accounts

๐Ÿ”น Identify and secure new business opportunities across grocery, wholesale and high street channels

๐Ÿ”น Negotiate commercial terms, trade spend and promotional plans

๐Ÿ”น Own account P&Ls, budgets and performance analysis

๐Ÿ”น Deliver accurate forecasting and demand planning

๐Ÿ”น Turn category and sales insights into clear commercial actions

๐Ÿ”น Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent in-store and online execution

๐Ÿ”น Represent the business at trade shows, events and customer meetings


๐ŸŒŸ About You

โœ… Experience in a National Account Executive, National Account Manager or similar FMCG commercial role

โœ… Proven track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business

โœ… Strong understanding of UK grocery retailers

โœ… Commercially savvy with experience managing P&Ls

โœ… Confident negotiator and relationship builder

โœ… Analytical, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

โœ… Excited by the opportunity to join a hands-on, high-growth business with a strong sustainability mission
