Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trademark Paralegal at The Concept Law Group, P.A., located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and filing of trademark applications, managing legal documentation related to trademark applications, conducting research on trademark law and regulations, and supporting attorneys with trademark-related legal matters. The paralegal will work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient and accurate processing of intellectual property cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in Legal Document Preparation
• Exceptional organizational and research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines
• Paralegal certification or relevant legal education is preferred
• Familiarity with intellectual property management software is a plus
