At Luxe Talent, International Consultancy in Recruitment and Training, specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are currently seeking, on behalf of one of our clients — a Fashion brand — a Product Developer specialized in Woven´s to join their team.

Our recruitment and training consultancy works with various firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, London, Amsterdam, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Berlin.

Job Description

The Product Developer is responsible for elevating brand product experience with a focus on Global Trends for Women. You will deliver and drive brand tools for various categories at brand. You can influence and inform the future of category look & feel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the fashion design team in selecting seasonal themes, mood boards, and inspirations aligned with each brand’s DNA.
  • Ensure that products are in line with the business strategy.
  • Manage the product development process.
  • Develop complete collections based on the approved color palette, mood board, and fabrics, and present them for validation.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for the creation, review, and delivery of samples within established deadlines.
  • Negotiate prices and garment quality with suppliers.
  • Supervise photo shoots to ensure the collection is presented exactly as originally designed.
  • Support the stylist in selecting the appropriate combinations of garments and accessories.

Requisitos:

  • Proven experience in Woven and collection development withhin Womenswear.
  • Strong knowledge of trend research, fabric selection, color coordination, and garment construction techniques.
  • Negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate collections, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and alignment with brand strategy and DNA.
  • Written and spoken English
